An American doctor, not to be outdone, says 'You guys are way behind. We recently took a man with no brains out of Illinois, put him in the White House, and now half the country is looking for work.'

Someone is confusing Texas and Illinois.
I dunno. It seems to me that Democratic presidents are traditionally more intelligent than their Republican counterparts. The smartest GOP prexie in the last 40 years was Nixon and he was a few bricks shy of sanity.
Carter, Clinton, and Obama vs Bush the Lesser, Bush the Elder, and Reagan? No contest.
The last time I read this, the ending was about Texas, not IL.
Rethug shills have done a good job at "teaching" the masses to look down on those with intelligence and deifying those who are monumentally stupid and/or down the road a piece to Alzheimersville.
