Even if anyone in the world besides about four members of Free Republic did miss the old goat, he's not allowed to be president again. They made up a law about that after FDR croaked and they realised he'd been president for twelve years. Presumably, they were a bit distracted at the time, what with one thing and another. But they made a proper law, and that's why W can't be president again.
TL;DR: nobody misses him.
Whenever one of these begins with "Best....", you just know it's going to be really stupid. and this one passes that test.
