If you haven’t seen this before, you are in for a treat.

HILARIOUS!....

You'd best hurry up and watch this before Jimmy Buffet's attorneys get this taken off the web!

Some of these scenes look like Luquillo Beach in Puerto Rico -- where, supposedly, 80% of the citizens are on food stamps.

Only conservatives think being poor is a crime.

So 80% of Luquillo Beach's residents are on food stamps? (hint: that's not true, but that's no surprise coming from a RWF)

Does it ever occur to any of you to ask why they're impoverished and maybe, I dunno, work to mitigate it? Puerto Ricans are US citizens, after all.

Oh, that's right - not the right kind.

Here's the question I always ask, which always goes unanswered:

How is Obama managing to do all of these horrible things when Republicans in Congress are blocking all of his proposed legislation?

Even poor Conservatives think being poor is a crime, they're a victim of circumstance and it's Obama's fault that they're poor even though they've been poor since the Reagan era. Dumbasses.

The Conservatives harp that there's more poor people on assistance and out of work since Obama is in the house, but they fail to account for the long term effects of failed policy on both sides of the aisle from years ago (supply side economics anyone? housing bubble? Internet bust of 2001?), unending wars started on false pretenses and off the budget books, and continued pumping of money into the MIC. I guess the MIC is the Conservative equivalent of a Jobs Program.

This video is cheesy and inaccurate...I agree.

It does a great disservice to one of my favorite summertime songs by ol' Jimmy B.

P.S. - Speaking about Puerto Rico...what do you know-it-all pansy ass skirt-wearing liberals think about this bullshit?

Buffett's lawyers must be slackers; the song is still there.

About to say, also, that Buffet's lawyers must not be on the ball. I can only imagine that Buffet's lawyers have nothing better to do than to constantly scan the Internet looking for things like this to get "upset" about.

Hey, maybe Jimmy B is getting royalties. If there's a buck to be made he's in...lol

Hilarious!

No. Dumb and racist, as usual. Anyway, when was the last time there was free govt cheese? I thought that happened briefly in the '80s, and that was it.

Of course, this pirated song doesn't touch on all of the govt largesse enjoyed by the 1%. But why talk about reality, when you can think you're "hilarious" being a dumb racist...

I don't know about Buffett's lawyers, but it's certainly true of the staff at Fox. They spend 24 hours a day looking under rocks for potential sources of fauxtrage.

@ gruaud: gruaud writes: "Does it ever occur to any of you to ask why they're impoverished and maybe, I dunno, work to mitigate it? Puerto Ricans are US citizens, after all."

Whose duty is it "mitigate" this situation? The private sector's or the government's?

You are so full of b.s.....typical liberal.

Ideally, if the private sector worked the way Republicans always claim it will, it would be the private sector.

Back in reality, it's clear that only the public sector can effect that kind of change.

You are so full of b.s.....typical liberal.

The fuck does this have to do with anything? Gruaud challenges the conservative worldview which is based on false info, and he's the one who's full of it?

gruaud always has to interject RACE into his comments. "they aren't the right kind" or "the dusky-hued". His schtick is getting old.

Most puertorriquenos I know are pretty darn white with Caucasian features. Most og them are bilingual, too.

Is gruaud really as ignorant as he sounds? Ignorance is bliss, bruh.

gruaud unfortunately reminds me of Leonard Pitts, the op-ed writer for The Meeeee-ami Herald.

Always bringing up race. smh :(

And, "Mike" is absolutely right about the ethnic makeup of Puerto Rico - http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Puerto_Rico
