Summary: When the judge says you can't demand for your court-martial defense, literally, "any and all evidence" you would need to support your case that President Obama is a secret Kenyan, it's a conspiracy that breaks military law.
It may shock you to learn that
A) they were trying to argue that the rule that they can produce any evidence they want supercedes the rule that evidence has to actually have a chance of helping you in some way, and
B) the entire military does not fall apart if the President isn't a Real American™.
Oh, and that...
C) the sole source of this "embarrassment" quote that WND leans on so heavily seems to be... WND itself.
