Pretty good analysis. No that it fits all millennials, but does cover some of what I think us older folks have observed in many.
I think his first point about how they were raised is the lynch pin to much of it. I have a millennial working for me and her parents
were not the type to give awards and maybe her 2 hitches in the Air Force helped, but she is not like this stereotype and hates
to be associated with the 'millennials'.

you can't characterize millennials to determine an entire generation of more than 75 million people. You don't have any data and you don't even cite any research. It's just TED-talk bullshit.

Corner RWD ( as I have ) and point out generational conflict always was, and he'll forcefully pontificate that yes that is true, but with this younger generation, it's really really true.
