I'm not sure that qualifies as racist. Stupid and jealous, yes. But, otherwise pretty lame.
Well, we can debate whether this particular "joke" is racist in its substance/content or not, but in general, it is being forwarded out there by the same racists who were cheering when Chicago lost the IOC bid, and when BHO got the NPP.
What underlies all of these jokes (my opinion, admittedly) is bigotry (at least, most of the time). Just my 2 cents worth.
