When did Obama ever say this? It makes no sense, as TARP (a program started under W) was a program to buy up bad bank loans and toxic assets. It had nothing to do with infrastructure projects.

How exactly is it ok to lie about a bunch of stuff someone said in order to then accuse them of being a liar? Hypocrisy much?
If you have to make up lies to show what a terrible liar Obama is, then you've essentially blown up your own assertion. And calling a misstatement a lie is also a form of lying.
So, as usual, fail again.
Agree with both Anons, above. I'm just surprised that they only attributed one lie to Clinton.
Obama has definitely lied about a number of things, but mostly not the "lies" that are attributed to him in this RWF. This is just b.s. propaganda, and it highlights my favorite hobby horse.
That is: conservatives are mis-directed and lied to about the Obama Admin with a bunch of crap stupidity, like the IRS non-event.
Conservatives eagerly lap up these stupidities rolling around in the muck of hating Obama for stuff that's either silly, not factual, or just a waste of time. All serving to distract conservatives from how the 1% are ripping all of us off.

ferschitz - They attributed only one lie to Clinton because the first part of the message is a disguised "I don't care if you're a Republican or a Democrat" pitch. Note the evenly distribution of the modern presidential liars: Nixon and Bush-41 for the Rs, LBJ and Clinton for the Ds. Then a big ol' pile (pun totally intended) of lies by BHO to show he tops 'em all.
They left out Reagan!!!
