I DO assume that's why Palin's photo was shown first? To illustrate how MUCH more revolting she was by distracting from an observance honoring those who actually served our nation.

1. The right would ignore the photo.

2. The right would use the photo of her in leather, on a motorcycle as an example of her thuggishness/her disrespect for the serious issue/her dominatrix nature/whatever, with some sort of disparaging comment attached.
