Revealing to a newspaper reporter the identity of a CIA operative - now THAT's revealing a state secret - one for which no one will ever, ever get truly punished. Why? Because anyone who could get punished will have gotten a commutation or pardon by the very man for whose protection this scabrous act was committed.
