FW: Nidal Hasan on Obama Team

Follow the directions in red!!!
Now we have a little insight into why Obama said to not jump to conclusions about Nidal Hasan and why Congressmen were not briefed before the press leak.

This murdering Muslim Terrorist who killed and wounded the soldiers and civilians at Ft Hood, Texas was an advisor to Obama's Homeland Security team. Look on page 29 of the Homeland Security Institute link below.

I wonder how many more skeletons there are to come to of the cupboard. Who else is there in the government or its numerous advisors or Czars that will harm our country and citizens?

Please send this link to everybody on your email list. The world needs to know who Obama really is. This is very scary guys.

Well that took longer than I thought it would.

This isn't yet on Snopes so here's the deal: Nidal Hassan was not "part of the Obama team" in any but the loosest of loose terms.

He attended a seminar, as a member of the audience, of an independent think tank which was not affiliated with the White House. This think tank held a meeting to discuss policy recommendations to make to the White House.

If this is being "part of the team", then anyone who ever attended a policy seminar, think tank workshop, town hall meeting, political gathering, rally, or protest can also be considered "part of the team".

Corporate whore wrote this to undermine the BHO admin. They are painting a picture of Nidal Hassan as a terrorist - in other words subverting our justice system, which is based on being innocent before being proven guilty - without adequate proof.

Pay attention and be aware of just what the corporations are doing here: subverting our system of justice. That is is the most important point.

The brutally ugly racism is just icing on the cake.

Pay attention to what they are doing.

And thanks to the first post for the clarification of what really happened. That, too, is helpful.

OMG there are six degrees of separation between Hassan and Obama! There was a much closer connection between Bush and Bin Laden.

ferschitz: I'm all for blaming corporate power for whatever they do. Why do you suppose this came from them especially?

Thanks for this one would go to Jerome Corsi of "John McCain is sponsored by Al Qaeda" fame over at the World Net Daily.

Of course, it's already been debunked by NPR, but then facts have never stopped Corsi.

Jerome Corsi is one degree of separation
from white supremacists. So this is the
guy you're going to rely on for info?

A whacked-out, bigoted smear merchant
who's wrong about everything?

Well played, reptiles.

I feel that the military-industrial complex, plus Big Pharma/Big Insurance, plus Big Oil, etc, are all out to undermine the BHO admin as much as possible.

In some prior posts, we've had discussions about how many of these RWF's appear to be written by the same person. It's my opinion that the corporations who are sponsoring & ringleading the astroturfed teabagger "protests" and townhalls are also writing RWF's to gin up the gullible base, as well as to distract the left.

We've all noted how vast majority of these emails follow a similar pattern, along with writing style: they are all of the "ohmigawd" tone, plus they are all either complete lies or gross exaggerations to the point of lying. Most are easily debunked on Snopes or a simple Google search.

Yet we see day after day a tedious parade of the same ginned up nonsense to the point where we can accurately predict what the next RWF is going to say in incendiary and usually racist language.

I believe - my opinion - that the corporations who also own the media and are slanting the "news" on all stations (worse on Fake, but not much better elsewhere, including MSNBC) are doing so to subvert this admin.

Check out the "news" during the Bush Admin and compare to now. What do you see? Look at DailyKos today for a blog post about a stupid feature on NPR this morning by Mara Liasson, which is story about the breast mamogram report told from a very rightwing and not fact-based perspective.

The corporations do NOT, repeat: do NOT want any progressive measures introduced in this country because the corporate CEOs will make less money that way. Follow the money, see who's in charge.

Why do you think Rush Limbaugh gets paid skadzillions to puke out the bile he does every day??? Because he influences idiots daily to vote against their own interests.

Watch a great movie by Paul Schrader called "Blue Collar" and it will give you another perspective.

Keep reading the blogs, and the dots connecting how corporations are influencing our society to our peril and detriment should become easier.

That's my take, but I know I'm not alone. And these RWF's are written, I feel, to distract the left/democrats, as well, so that we end up "outraged" by their bald faced lies.

My point, from now on, is to highlight what I think is worth paying attention to in these screeds. It's about our own education. Expecting teabaggers to "learn" is a waste of time; they simply will never change.

More importantly: what can WE learn, and how can WE figure out how to combat our real opponent? The opponent we are combatting are NOT teabaggers, it is the corporations.

I'll get off my soapbox now. Thanks.
