Nah, that's just plain funny.
Private sector inefficiency isn't exactly a right-wing talking point.
We've all seen work crews that look like this. There *may* be a good explanation for why everyone else is standing around, while only one person works, but... I dunno.. it is funny, actually.
This is a tough call. On the one hand it seems to be taking on big business, which isn't exactly RWD material.
On the other hand, I can see how a RWD might have mistaken this as a shot against the government, since everyone knows government workers are lazy and wasteful.
A true RWD mystery.
It came from a right wing dad (mine), if that has any bearing on its rightwingedness.
