Republicans are traditionalists. They'd prefer to have a private sector bureaucrat decide how to kill you.

It's not at all an injustice ( the Ryan plan will LITERALLY KILL PEOPLE), but I'd like to think we could have done better. This is where conservatives live, not us.
Call me a loony dreamer.
The best plan would've been Medicare for all (or Single Payer) bc both the Medicare Program and the VA Health Care Program operate very effectively and efficiently. Citizens currently get good health *care* and coverage under these programs.
Otherwise, a Public Option would've been the next best choice.
But it was Tea Party dittoheads on the right who permitted themselves to be brainwashed by the 1% Koch Brothers who astrotrufed the so-called Tea Party using Dick Armey to play Pied Piper. Reliably the dittoheaded Tea Partiers threw shit fits about a Public Option shouting "government out of my health care" while, in fact, a lot of Tea Partiers were already ON government health care - either Medicare or the VA.
What a bunch of marooons. So they all went to Town Halls and acted liked tyrannical temper-tantrun thowing 2 years and allowed themselves to be brainwashed by the Big Grifer, Sarah Palin.
And whaddayaget? But ObamaCare, which I thoroughly despise, but it's the rightwingers who didn't WANT the gov't "in their health care." So you got some sort of private mis-mash where BigIns, BigHospital, BigMedDevice & BigPharma make out like bandits offa the 99%, but that's what YOU conservatives said you wanted.
Don't like it??? Maybe you should THINK a little before you respond like a Pavlov Dog to everything piece of horseshit that eminates from Fatty Limbaugh's pie hole.
