You mean besides the fact that he was an unarmed teenager walking home from a store to his dad's house, and the fact that he was so freaked out that he actually called his girlfriend to tell her that some dude was scaring him and stalking him, and shortly thereafter he was dead?

That Zimmerman was guilty of shooting him in cold blood?

Besides the fact that he called 911 and the operator told him to stop following the "suspicious youth" and he kept stalking him anyway? The fact that he was in his car and had to get out of his car and follow Martin before confronting and shooting him? The fact the the mysterious "broken, bloody nose" somehow vanished completely from the police surveillance tape?

That the police investigation was inadequate?

Zimmerman was let go, and the police keep changing their stories in ways that don't match the facts of the case. Doesn't seem like the highest standards of police work to me.

We all want due process for Zimmerman. I'm glad he's finally getting it, but sad that it took so much public pressure to get it accomplished.

And the right has jumped (again) onto a different bandwagon, the one that demonizes innocent people for political ends and it motivated by some sick combination of hatred and stupidity.
