Subject: THE CAMPAIGN POSTER TO END ALL POSTERS...
The Quote of the Decade:
“The fact that we are here today to debate raising America 's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government's reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America 's debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, "the buck stops here.' Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.” ~ Senator Barack H. Obama, March 2006
Pass it on 'till eternity..
(...it was so nice of him to give us this great quote for posterity!)

It is a good quote. Failing to pay off the debt is a sign of bad leadership. Good leadership wouldn't refuse to even consider a minor increase in taxes on the richest Americans in order to actually pay for the government they enjoy. Instead, leadership has been replaced by mindless extremism and anti-tax pledges to assholes like Grover Norquist.
Is there now some rule that requires that the "HERE IS ALL I WANT" list be appended arbitrarily to every other RWF?
It's getting old.
Thank glob for this site. My right wing dad (egged on by new RW mom) sends me this sort of crap regularly and it makes me sad. He's a really good Joe, but I think once he joined the Elks Lodge, he bought into their group think.
