A link to a WND column? Weak sauce. Come on, we need some comic sans, some bad graphics, and some crazy ranting about how this is the a nefarious plot to destroy America.

If the World Nut Daily hates it, it must be a great program!

@ Dave

Ya I know, I was speaking to the metaphorical "right wing dad" who wrote/forwarded this email. I expect better efforts from wingnuts.

A local school as an IB program for 11th and 12th graders. It is a rigorous program of study for students, like taking college level classes in high school.

The complaints in the article seem to come from a xenophobic isolationist attitude that wants to keep all those weird foreign ideas away from our precious American kids, lest they become infected by unpatriotic, unamerican thoughts. The right really hates educated people who can see through their lies and propaganda. So if they can't stop kids from getting a superior education, they can at least smear them with crap like this. This is so fascist and revolting.

So in summary, IB is a UN sleeper cell training program because it teaches students using problems involving weather (God made the world and humans can't mess it up!) and dealing with wealth disparity between "1st and 3rd world" nations (the Bible clearly says you will always be rich if you deserve it!). Sounds pretty "anti-Christian" to me!

America! We're God's one chosen nation!
America! We're always the best at everything!
U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!

...sorry, got a little carried away. What were we talking about?
