INTERESTING OBSERVATION
1.    The sport of choice for the urban poor is BASKETBALL.
2.    The sport of choice for maintenance level employees is BOWLING.
3.    The sport of choice for front-line workers is FOOTBALL.
4.    The sport of choice for supervisors is BASEBALL.
5.    The sport of choice for middle management is TENNIS.
And ...
6.    The sport of choice for corporate executives and officers is GOLF.

THE amazing fact is....  the higher you go in the corporate structure, the
smaller your balls become.

There must be a boat load of people in Washington playing marbles.

The Democrats want to accomplish things. They are elected to SUCCEED.

The GOP hates government. They are elected to FAIL.

And they are spectacular at it. Name one piece of GOP legislation that didn't steal from the poor.

I'll wait.

Nice summary of how things work, gruaud.

You only had to go back 60 years.

Good one.

Of course what's more interesting in this "interesting analogy" is how the creator of this screed had the crux of the analogy right under his nose; but barked up the wrong tree in deference to his politics.

The logical conclusion in the ascent hierarchy, vis a vis sports, would point to a condemnation of the corporate world. Of course the writer of this wouldn't touch that with a ten foot pole, and went sideways and attacked government.

One wonders if he'd do that during a republican administration.

IMO, it's politicians who are playing with small golf balls, and the captains/titans of industry, Wall St, the Banks, etc, who are playing with marbles.

All of the politicians, no matter what Team logo they sport, are in the payola of the 1%ers.

So the analogy falls apart at that level. This propaganda posits that Pols in the District of Criminals are actually "in charge" and at the top of the pyramid. Not so much... therein lies the biggest fallacy of this analogy.

The whole logic to this drivel is a fallacy. Corp types and pols have the "biggest balls". However pols balls tend to shrink when they're face to face with their corporate puppetmasters.

What's amusing is the Right can't decide if BHO has huge balls or no balls depending on what point they're trying to make. "Some people say" he's this evil genius hell-bent on destroying America, comin' to TX to take their guns and imprison them all in the closed Walmarts under Jade Helm 15 and then letting the Rooskies and ISIS across the border freely...or....he's a bumbling idiot.

I say he's neither. Not an idiot in the classic sense but a lot of his policies are shit. If you want idiots, look at Louie Gohmert and Ted Cruz.

Looks like you're falling into the "them vs. us" argument/battle that the 1% just love to see.

YOU'RE BRING PLAYED, my man!!!!!

All politicians no matter for what team they are "elected" (and I use the term "elected" very loosely) "dance for the money like lil' monkeys".

This bullshit you state about BLUE team members being elected to succeed and RED team members being elected to fail is exactly that------->BULLSHIT.
