I hate to break it to you, Right Wingers, but it's still George W. Bush's economy.
The 2009 stimulus bill should have been $2 trillion, but the Republicans wouldn't go for more than $800 billion. Then they insisted that 40% of that come in the form of tax cuts, rather than actual stimulus.
Since then, the Republicans in the Senate have filibustered every bill intended to either stimulate the economy or create jobs.
As long as President Obama is prevented from introducing any of his own legislation to affect the economy, it still belongs to his predecessor.
George Bush is still saying stupid things, I see.
