There is no such thing as "the Obama Health Care System."

There is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which was based on a plan developed in 1989 by a Republican think tank, the Heritage Foundation.

Why was Obama's healthcare bill based on a Republican plan rather than on the single-payer system that the Democrats wanted? Because President Obama wanted bipartisan support, and the Heritage plan was the only one the Republicans agreed to support...

...which, when it came up for a vote, they refused to do.

Apparently, not a single Republican can remember anything that happened as far back as 2010.
