Last time I checked, we didn't elect First Ladies.
That last one is really really dumb. That particular episode of South Park doesn't fit that theme at all. What does the banker guy from the economy episode have to do with bathrooms or transgender people?
There are literally episodes of South Park dealing with the Tooth Fairy, transgender people, and specifically the supposed bathroom controversy (Cartman "identifies" as a woman in order to use the cleaner, nicer girls bathroom at school and eventually get his own private bathroom). Why not use a picture from an appropriate episode for your meme?
Oh also that story didn't happen and is dumb and transphobic, of course.
