Before 9/11/01, I took a tour of the West Wing, including the Oval Office. Very interesting.
If these Numb Nuts don't get it that the Oval Office is mainly a show case room for meetings with high level staff, other politicians, dignitaries, etc, then they are truly stupid.
Another salient factiod: some secret service type regularly and frequently sweeps the Oval Office 24/7/365 for bugs & other spy stuff. The Oval Office can't be overloaded with messy papers. It wouldn't be secure.
