The Most Interesting English Lesson I have had to Date.

Did you know “listen”  and “silent” use the same letters?

Do you know that the words “race car” spelled backwards
still spells “race car”?

And that “eat” is the only word that if you take the first letter
and move it to the last, it spells its  past tense “ate”?

And have you noticed that if you rearrange the letters in
“illegal immigrants,” and add just a few more letters, it  spells: “Go home you free-loading, benefit-grabbing, resource-sucking, baby-making, non-English-speaking jackasses and take those other hairy-faced, sandal-wearing, bomb-making, camel-riding, goat-loving, raggedy-ass bastards with you.”

How weird is that?

How sad. It must be exhausting to live your life carrying so much hatred in your heart.

Can't be good for the blood pressure either.

WWJD? WWJ say?

Do conservatives tell each other "jokes" like this as they shake their pastor's hand after Sunday services? Or do they save such "jokes" for Mon - Sat, in the "belief" that Jesus will "forgive" them of their many & nasty sins simply bc they showed up in the pew on Sunday???

Why conservatives feel incredibly self-righteous in their nasty ugly shitting bigotry, racism and sexism is beyond me. What's even more gobsmacking is that conservatives apparently think nasty racist shit like this, uh, "funny." Go figure.

Again: What Would Jesus Say about this? What would Jesus Do? Inquiring minds would love to know.

Matthew 7:12

Why not? If you feel that you "can't share" this with the "politically correct," then you might want to ask yourself why, along with why you think it's so great that you're passing it on to all your "politically incorrect" pals.

If you have nothing to hide and you think this is "ok" or "funny" or "accurate," then why are you not sharing it with everyone?

I've read that "political correctness" was actually put into play by conservative think tanks in an effort to frame liberals as being repressive of free speech.

If it is indeed a smokescreen, that doesn't change the fact that so-called political incorrectness is still bullying and willfully offensive. Being tolerant of people who are different from you is how a civilized society should work.

I'm always amused at how many people think that you can come to this country illegally and have the U.S. government shower you with money.

I have no idea why so many people believe this.

And why the assumption that everyone who is here illegally can't speak English?

@Hooray You are correct. Quite frankly, if you won't tell this to those it speaks of or even those of the same nationality here legally, then you should have no right to pass it on at all. I would challenge one of these God-fearing, self-righteous, Fox News-watching folks to go tell this to friend who happens to be a legal citizen and Hispanic (if they have any) and see if they think it's funny.
