I think the reason that the author "Didn't know that" is because "that" is another load of BS.
Question: Who actually has NO authority to mobilize the National Guard for any reason other than in-state natural disasters and civic emergencies?

You could start an extensive blog with all the things these people don't know.... oh wait, somebody has ;)
-Who stabbed a political ally in the back (the almost-as-loathsome ex-Governor Murkowski) to pave her own route to the State House in Juneau?
-Who has dragged the current presidential campaign down to depths of race-baiting and general incivility not seen since the Jim Crow days?
-Who has associated with a political party that wears its former disloyalty to the USA in its name, and is associated with the Constitution Party, a party who loves the Constitution so much they want to gut it like a trout and stuff it with Bible verses?
-Who has displayed a casual, Bush-like contempt for parts of the country that don't agree with her ideology?
-Who is trying to angle for a post-November leadership role in the Republican party even though the American people are clearly repudiating the politics of zealotry she was chosen to represent?
