The usual deep insights from RWD.

How did this happen?
What can we do to prevent it from happening again?
Did we as a nation learn anything from this experience?
Given the current administration, shouldn't we be doing whatever we can to prevent another such misadventure?

All questions that should have been asked in this forward and were not.
