Gee, California hasn't sent a Republican to statewide office in a decade, and you never hear about rampant gun violence there.
I'm guessing that "Voting Democrat" (sic) isn't the problem.
It's also worth noting that while Republicans bring up the violence in Chicago on a regular basis, they never propose any actual solutions.
Finally, "all guns are banned there" is meaningless, as there's no practical way to keep guns out at a city level unless you build a wall around the city and have searches at checkpoints.
Thanks for the reminder that gun control works best at a national level, RWD!
