Here's a colorful entry found by John R.:
"I think this was supposed to be semi-uncomfortable humor, but ultimately self-deprecating, so it's funny, right?... It's written in big, multi-colored font, so it most likely originated within the older-middle-class-white-forwarded-email community. The email I received of course had the entire history of who had sent it previously (including the contents of their address books) and had the email actually pasted twice within the body of the email, as per the standard design style of such emails....

Good blog you have. Someone needs to catalog this phenomenon. "
