AOC is an incredibly intelligent, accomplished, and well-educated person. Yet Republicans keep trying to portray her as stupid.

Of course, these are the same people who keep trying to portray Donald Trump as smart, so I guess I need to consider the source. I guess your typical Republican voter doesn't know the difference.

Also - one does not combat global warming with taxes, one combats global warming with proactive action, which costs money.

Surprise! The government funds government activity with tax money. Yes, it's true!

For some reason, Republicans all seem to believe that taxes should be zero and all government services should be free.
