Subject: FW: Hello 2015
Hello 2015 to family and friends!
A reminder for those who may have forgotten or for many that didn't know, the following unwelcomed legislation - enacted under Obama(s)care, deceptively labeled as the Affordable Care Act, during the first two years of the liar-in-chief’s first term when the “tax & spend” Democrats were in control of two branches of the federal government - goes into effect on January 1, 2015:
Top Medicare tax went from 1.45% to 2.35%
Top Income tax bracket went from 35% to 39.6%
Top Income payroll tax went from 37.4% to 52.2%
Capital Gains tax went from 15% to 28%
Dividends tax went from 15% to 39.6%
Estate tax went from 0% to 55%
Top Medicare tax went from 1.45% to 2.35%

Capital Gains tax went from 15% to 28%
Dividends tax went from 15% to 39.6%
Estate tax went from 0% to 55%
Again, remember this fact: These taxes were all passed only with democrat votes, no republicans voted for these taxes. These taxes were all passed under the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare. If you think that it is important that everyone in the U.S. should know this, pass it on. If not, then delete it.

Although I think the top income taxes claimed didn't go far enough. The "job creators" the current tax system have exported millions of jobs and created a like number of worse jobs.

Due to a lack of a cited source, I'll believe I'll delete. No need for a follow-up. You can go back to your 'Reader's Digest' or go back to paining your "Get government hands off my medicare" signs for your your next teabagger rally.
Debunked by Snopes, did I even have to check?
A lot of these hikes attributed to "Obamacare" were actually enacted under the the 2012 Tax Relief Act (Fiscal Cliff) which not only a bipartisan deal but also made permanent some of the Bush tax cuts with which the RW is soooooo enamored.
But far be it from the slavering RW base to do anything but suck this stuff up like a chocolate shake.Schit
New year, same long debunked chain emails.
Some old lies, same old b.s.
New year, same "I'm a genius who can debunk RWFs left and right" b.s. by ferschitz and gruaud.
I would be nice if you two would get off the gubmint dole this year and get gainful and honest/ethical employment.
Once again with the usual rightwing tropes/memes & juvenile insults. Someone comes here usually once per day and spends less than 5 min easily debunking these fallacious & lying email forwards and is - per usual - shouted at to "get a job" or "try working hard" or similar nonsense.
As if responding briefly on this site automatically means the person: a) never works, b) or if they work, they don't work "hard enough," and usually c) is lousy and lazy, and furthermore is d) a slacker with their hand out looking for free stuff.
Yeah, riiiiiight.
Nice to tie things up so neatly in a bow with all the usual rightwing dittoheaded blowhard crap. IF commenters here are so stupid, or on meds, or lazy or whatever, then why don't the rightwing commenters point out how these rightwing forwards are factual and provide links to prove it???
Buehler? Buehler????
i always support you OBAMA.
