Inflation is up because:

Supply chains were disrupted, in no small part due to Trump's malfeasance.
The economy crashed last year, causing deflation, and this year's rising prices are only "high" compared to last year's low ones.

Also - most Americans with children are getting up to $300 per month per child, thanks to President Biden.

Some of that money could be spent on a Christmas tree, if you wish.
