Fw: Islam attacks world wide

Subject: Islam attacks world wide

Incredibly sad….

I found this the other day, as I suspected someone would be keeping track of all these events since the US media has a short memory

2016 is looking like a banner year L

Thank God we finally have a president who has the intestinal fortitude to call it what it is: "Radical Islamic Terrorism".

This one isn't in nice neat chart form, but here you go, RWD:

I've noticed our president doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to acknowledge the recent attack by the Radical Christian Terrorist who is a Trump follower -- the one who killed the six Muslims in their place of worship. SAD!

I, too, want to know when Trump's going to man up and speak the truth about white christian extremists who've killed US citizens here in America. Guess I'll be waiting a long time for that to happen.

Since I live in factual reality, I'm more concerned about being killed by a radical white christian extremist here in the USA, than by some Muslim. However, I guess that factual reality doesn't help to shore up conservatives' racist hate fantasies.

Yep. That's exactly what those terrorists want - for their tiny, insignificant band of lunatics to become associated with all 1.6 billion Muslims.

That would empower them tremendously, giving the public the impression that they're much more dangerous than they really are. That is why the previous President wouldn't do it.

Our current President, on the other hand, isn't so bright.

BTW - We have a mass shooting in this country, where 4 or more people are shot, roughly once a day.

That's a tragedy, as is the fact that the people who are losing sleep over pending imagined radical Islamic terrorists attacks won't do anything about it.

Ah yes, the Islamaphobic Industry:
Fear sells and the Islamophobia Industry — a right-wing cadre of intellectual hucksters, bloggers, politicians, pundits, and religious leaders — knows that all too well. For years they have labored behind the scenes to convince their compatriots that Muslims are the enemy, exhuming the ghosts of 9/11 and dangling them before the eyes of horrified populations for great fortune and fame.

Of course, in 2009 the Dept of Homeland Security issued a report warning of rising rightwing extremism but was forced by the Republican party to recant:

The danger from jihadists abroad is real, but it is the homegrown right-wing radical who has taken anti-government rhetoric preached on Fox News and talk radio to heart. Those on the right who really believe that they are above the law pose a threat to everyone else.

An attack by right wing radicals is either carried out or foiled every 34 days, but domestic terror doesn’t remind people of 9/11, so most Americans ignore the threat. ISIS gets all of the attention, but the lone wolf right-wing extremist is a threat that is already on the attack.

I also wonder when President Trump will have the balls to confront rightwing terrorism in the USA that has killed way more citizens than the very very few attacks made by foreigners since 9/11. Would sure be helpful if he did that, albeit it looks like selling Islamaphobia is much much more profitable. And we all know how Trump loves to make a Deal that benefits him financially!

Did the Donald himself write this one? It sounds so much like one of his tweets. Maybe one of his fans has begun to copy and email all of his tweets now so all my RW relatives can get them (they don't do the twitter.)
