Interesting.
Usually, billionaires just coerce the cities to evict tenants and demolish Public Housing.
Billionaires like Trump usually want to build their own new mansions. They don't want to live where anyone else has lived. There's been suggestions that should Trump win, he'll want to tear down the White House and build anew in his image. Of course, he'll charge his rubes, er, fans for the privilege of housing in true The Donald "style."

If Trump wins the election...
This will be the easiest campaign for a Democratic nominee ever. There are hundreds of hours of videotape of Republicans discussing how horrible Donald Trump is and what a terrible president he would be.
Just cut, paste, and broadcast. Should be fun!
