He suggested that we use nuclear weapons on hurricanes. He doesn't understand how respiratory viruses work, even though doctors have explained it to him many times. He believes that if you aren't tested for COVID-19, then you cannot have it.
Did anyone ever call Biden stupid until recently? Because it reminds me of how some right-wingers bleat "No one ever called Donald Trump racist before he ran for President!" although in his case, plenty of people did.
