Wasn't it a christian attorney general that had the statue of justice altered because you could see her bewbie?

Well, you see, the modesty rules of extreme Muslims are joke-worthy.

The modesty rules (and general bizarre sartorial reuirements) of Orthodox Jews, ultra-conservative Christians, and the Amish, on the other hand, are just freedom of religion!

What's that, you say? It's different in Muslim-controlled countries where people can actually be persecuted for breaking modesty rules?

Unlike in, oh, I don't know - non-theocratic countries with SECULAR governments, where people who don't want to follow the rules of extreme religious groups can choose to leave, while expecting government protection from persecution?

Gee, it's almost as if secular governments were a good thing....

Muslim haters fail to realize that the opposite of Muslim is not Christian. All religions have strange beliefs that outsiders think are strange or disgusting.
(For instance, I find the idea of consuming one's god ala Christianity to be unfathomable). The opposite of religious extremism is no religion, or maybe Unitarianism.

I agree with Liberal Gunner on this one.

However, I do find it kinda funny (though no funnier than it would be if it were an Amish or Jewish version).

Well considering how many closet cases & pedofiles are Republicans, one would think that they'd be grateful to Muslims for covering up nasty horrid ugly women.

Technically, transubstantiation is a specifically Catholic beleif, not a generalized Christian beleif.

Just clarifying.

Just for the record...am I the only person who knows the difference between what a fig leaf looks like and what a giant cut-leaf philodendron leaf looks like?

Not that they couldn't have giant cut-leaf philodendrons in the Garden, if you really beleve in them...it's just an odd artistic choice. Looks like the artist got his leafy inspiration from the nearest houseplant.

The artist pulled his "leafy inspiration" outta his left butt cheek.
