After Muslim Truckers
Refuse to Deliver Beer… Obama Does the Unbelievable
by Bill Callen | Top
Right News
Barack Obama just sided with Muslims to enforce Islamic
Sharia Law on an American business, leaving many outraged
and two Fox News anchors absolutely
stunned.
Two Muslim truck drivers — former Somali “refugees”
— refused to make deliveries of beer to stores for
their employer. So they were understandably fired They
claimed it was a violation of their religious beliefs —
even though Islam bars only the consumption of alcohol. And,
as the employer pointed out, the workers knew they would
have to deliver alcohol before they took the
job.
So guess what Barack
Obama did.
He SUED the employers it on behalf of the pair, Mahad
Abass Mohamed and Abdkiarim Hassan Bulshale, claiming
religious discrimination.
Obama’s Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
represented them in the case, providing tens of thousands
of taxpayer dollars in legal support, judicial filings
and court appearances against the employer who was
hopelessly outgunned by the Federal
government.
And this week the Muslims were awarded a stunning
$240,000 by a jury, presided over by an Obama appointee who
stunned analysts by allowing the case to go forward at
all.
Fox News hosts Megyn Kelly and Andrew Napolitano were
flabbergasted:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v= I3q61Y85oCw
“The Obama administration actually represented the two
Muslims in this case. But has sometimes taken a very
different position in the case of Christians trying to
assert their religious
beliefs.”
She then said to Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew
Napolitano:
“So in the case of the Muslim truck drivers, the Obama
administration through the EEOC is all in. This is what they
said:
‘We are proud to support the rights of workers to equal
treatment in the workplace without having to sacrifice their
religious beliefs or practices; it’s fundamental to the
American principles of religious freedom and tolerance.’
But when it comes to the Christian bakers, it’s not as
fundamental.”
Napolitano was equally perplexed:
“That’s correct. It’s unfortunate when the government
interferes in a private dispute over religious views, and
takes sides, and chooses one religion over another.” To
their point, the Christian owners of “Melissa’s Sweet
Cakes” were fined $135,000 by the state of Oregon for
refusing to bake a wedding cake for a lesbian couple. And
Kentucky clerk Kim Davis was jailed for refusing to issue
same-sex marriage licenses.
Napolitano offered an explanation for the
administration’s interest in the Muslim truck driver
case:
“The way the feds intervened … they wanted this case
because they wanted to make the point that they've now
made.”
The U.S. Government and the courts can't legally have
one set of laws for Christians and another set of laws for
Muslims and other religious groups. But now they do.
Obama’s actions and this court’s ruling throws into
relief that not all Americans are legally recognized as
possessing religious liberty and freedom of conscience.
As George Orwell might put it, Obama has now established
that
Muslims are more
equal than Christians in
America.
SHARE this everywhere on Facebook if you are outraged by
Obama’s push to enforce Sharia Law in
America…
Here's a shock - This story is mostly false.

I love the way RWD makes it all about President Obama personally. Yes, he took time out of his busy day to personally insist that this suit take place.
'Cuz presidents do that.
Classic example of false equivalency but in the Fox-fueled mind of RWD, facts don't matter. It was American law that dictated the outcome, not Obama.
ReplyDeleteOur troops fought for our country to preserve our laws and ability to have courts that hear such cases. Why doesn't RWD support our troops?
Seriously though, have you noticed now how all the attention is now on ISIS and Muslims the last few weeks? Mexicans are breathing a collective sigh of relief. They're no longer the whipping boy of the GOP Clown Car....at least for this week.

Callen is just another dime-a-dozen shit flinger.
ReplyDeleteTypical rightwing propaganda full of lies and bullshit. But starts out blaming their alleged Obama butthurt du jour. Yeah, Obama heard about this case, and he insisted personally on taking it up and demanding the outcome.
ReplyDeleteF*ck these Nazi sh*theads. They have jumped the shark and are full on brown shirts now. Witness the latest travesty of Trumpism yesterday in SC.
Also duly noted that this refers to Somali "refugees" with the scary quote marks around that. These people a fecking out of line, disgusting putrid POS.
@CharlieE, something that aired on Fox news was not entirely true?! Well color me surprised!
ReplyDeleteHey Randall - How about your BELOVED MSNBC and their illegal access to the apartment where those two ASSHOLE Muslims lived in San Bernardino?
ReplyDeleteMSNBC = Such an "ethical" haven for your "type"!
You're an ass clown.

The U.S. Government and the courts can't legally have
ReplyDeleteone set of laws for Christians and another set of laws for
Muslims and other religious groups.
The Amish have gotten exemptions from certain state and federal laws, mostly dealing with topics such as school attendance, insurance, as well as not paying into Social Security (they don't use it). The exemptions have, in part, been based on recognizing their religious beliefs and their community structure.
Of course, the Amish are white and considered to be Christians.
Ignorance is not bliss; it's dangerous.
MSNBC is a POS, but it's false to hold up MSNBC as the only media that broke into that house and provided footage or stills of drivers' licenses, SSNs, photos, etc. That was completely wrong & disgusting. But really? MSNBC is worse that Fox? Pull the other one.
ReplyDeleteMSNBC is used as a very very false equivalent of Fox/Hate Radio. MSNBC is very weak sauce in terms of providing a "liberal" viewpoint (note that RWD lives in the delusion that somehow Chris Matthews is a huge liberal), plus we're talking something like 20 hours per week v. 24/7/365 for Fox and numerous rightwing Hate radio stations, not to mention the Christian Broadcast Network.
The difference between RWD and someone such as me is that I'll readily and vocally call out MSNBC for that travesty (plus many leftwing blogs did as well), but give ONE example of any rightwinger that ever calls out Fox for the unending steady stream of lies broadcast 24/7/365. You can't bc it never happens. The end.
Well, MSNBC does have that super-liberal Joe Scarborough on the air.
ReplyDeleteThis is the fallacy most all RWDs (and trolls) and even a lot of LWDs make is the GWB "You're either with us or agin' us" gambit. I detest Fox New and MSNBC only a little less. Much the same reason I don't read Red State, Patriot Tribune, Mother Jones, etc...they just take any facts and twist them to fit their narrative and NO ONE who actively reads them calls them out on it or bothers to fact check shit. They just give a hearty "Hell yeah!" and forward the link to 50 of their friends or post it on social media.
ReplyDeleteIMO if the only thing you've got in your bag is the "Hey but YOUR side..." argument, you might as well go full Godwin because you've already lost the debate anyway.

The troll is right I would consider myself an "ass clown" if I got my news from MSNBC source.
ReplyDeleteThe Daily Show has pretty much made its entire comedy agenda on showing the dishonesty of the TV news theater of MSNBC, CNN, and Fox. Granted that Fox gets the most attention because they attempt to inject the most dishonesty and red herrings into their commentary. But either way if you're getting world view from television commentary or for that matter a blog, you're going to have a very distorted vision.
The sad part is TDS is more factual that either Fox or MSNBC plus you get a laugh out of it at the same time. I think RWD hate TDS so much because from what I've seen when I've taken a gander at it, they are constantly showing damning evidence of Fox lies and hypocrisy. Plus it's just really fun to poke Republicans with a stick and listen to them whinge. Kind of like pulling the string on a Conservative Chatty Cathy.
ReplyDeleteMax
Please don't respond to the troll. We all know who that is. If he is ignored, he'll go back to watching porn in his parents basement.
