Krauthammer on Clinton Foundation

Dr. Krauthammer usually cuts to the chase.

-----

THE DEFINITION OF CROOKED: WORK WITHIN THE LAW EVEN IF IT'S WRONG

Recently, Charles Krauthammer alluded that he had no doubt some of
the 30k emails Hillary deleted from her private email server very
likely had references to the Clinton Foundation, which would be
illegal and a conflict of interest.

The Clinton Foundation is "organized crime" at its finest, and we are financing it.

Here is a good, concise summary of how the Clinton Foundation works
as a tax free international money laundering scheme. It may
eventually prove to be the largest political criminal enterprise in
U.S. history. This is a textbook case on how you hide foreign money
sent to you and repackage it to be used for your own purposes. All tax free.

Here's how it works:

1. You create a separate foreign "charity." In this case one in Canada.

2. Foreign oligarchs and governments, then donate to this Canadian charity.
In this case, over 1,000 did -- contributing mega millions. I'm sure
they did this out of the goodness of their hearts, and expected
nothing in return. (Imagine Putin's buddies waking up one morning
and just deciding to send untold millions to a Canadian charity).

3. The Canadian charity then bundles these separate donations and
makes a massive donation to the Clinton Foundation.

4. The Clinton Foundation and the cooperating Canadian charity claim
Canadian law prohibits the identification of individual donors.

5. The Clinton Foundation then "spends" some of this money for
legitimate good works programs. Unfortunately, experts believe this
is on the order of 10%. Much of the balance goes to enrich the
Clinton's, pay salaries To untold numbers of hangers on, and fund
lavish travel, etc. Again, virtually all tax free, which means you and I are subsidizing it.

6. The Clinton Foundation, with access to the world's best
accountants, somehow fails to report much of this on their tax
filings. They discover these "clerical errors" and begin the process
of re-filing 5 years of tax returns.

7. Net result -- foreign money, much of it from other countries,
goes into the Clinton's pockets tax free and untraceable back to the original donor.
This is the textbook definition of money laundering.

Oh, by the way, the Canadian "charity" includes as a principal one
Frank Giustra. Google him. He is the guy who was central to the
formation of Uranium One, the Canadian company that somehow acquired
massive U.S.. uranium interests and then sold them to an organization
controlled by Russia. This transaction required U.S. State
Department approval, and guess who was Secretary of State when the
approval was granted. As an aside, imagine how former Virginia
Governor Bob McDonnell feels. That poor man is in jail because he
and his wife took $165,000 in gifts and loans for doing minor favors
for a guy promoting a vitamin company. Not legal but not exactly putting U.S. security at risk.

Sarcasm aside, if you're still not persuaded this was a cleverly
structured way to get unidentified foreign money to the Clinton's, ask yourself this:
Why did these foreign interests funnel money through a Canadian
charity? Why not donate directly to the Clinton Foundation? Better
yet, why not donate money directly to the people, organizations and
countries in need? This is the essence of money laundering and influence peddling.

Now you know why Hillary's destruction of 30,000 e-mails was a risk
she was willing to take.

Bill and Hillary are devious, unprincipled, dishonest and criminal.
Warning: They could be back in the White House in January 2017.
Don't let it happen. Remember, most people are not well informed.

  1. Remember, most people are not well informed.

...which explains why Donald Trump, a man who says that American wages are too high, is leading the race among Republican contenders.

A rich man tells working Americans that he thinks they're earning too much money, and they agree and want to vote for him.

    The mind reels.

  4. Krauthammer is on the rightwingnet welfare circuit. He makes big buck$ for misinforming and misleading dumb bunny republiKKKan voters.

Look at the field of RepubliKKKan "candidates." That The Donald Trump and Doctor Ben Carson are at the top of the field is beyond depressing. The rest of the dwindling field makes for no better impression. What a bunch of losers.

Just like RMoney in 2012 - who was touted as this "great businessman" while being responsible for LOSS of thousands of US worker jobs, we're presented Mr. 4 Bankruptcies Trump (who got his start due to winning the sperm and egg lottery) as some kind of "leader" for our country.

I constantly see rightwing pundits dissing Obama for "hating" our country with no real explanation or examples of how Obama "hates" America. I also see the same pundits criticizing Obama for "dividing" our nation as no other has done before him, yet it's these same pundits and loud mouths who're doing ALL of the "dividing."

The GOP-led House of Reps has been a huge do-nothing congress wasting million$ upon million$ in exercises in futility, yet we're told by rightwing pundits that it's allegedly the "Democrats" who've held up progress by passing an "avalanche of regulations." What regulations?

It's all lies, hype, spin and sheer unmitigated bullshit day after depressing day coming from RepubliKKKans. I wish we had a loyal opposition, but we don't. The Democratic party has huge weaknesses and is far too beholden to the Oligarchs for my liking, but at least they mostly deal in facts and don't encourage their voters to act like asinine three olds constantly throwing temper tantrums over nothing. So. Sick. of. It.

  5. So CharlieE.....Quick question: Are you in favor of giving your local burger flipper down at McDonald's a raise to $15 per hour?

If you are...then you don't understand economics.

ferschitz: Time for you to pack your shit up and move to lovely Costa Rica (no standing Army....). Very peaceful country.

    YOU LIBERALS ARE SCARY.....

  6. Someone here doesn't understand economics. And it's not CharlieE.

  7. Many US citizens have decided to "pack their shit up" and move places like Costa Rica, Mexico, Ecuador and similar countries due to the fact that they feel that they can no longer afford to live in the USA. Why is that? In large part because health care has become so outrageously expensive here, but there are other issues, like lower cost of living, in general.

I might add that it's not just "scary liberals" who are doing this. Perhaps not having a standing army has its benefits, amongst other issues.

And yes, I'd vote to raise minimum wage to $15/hours for McD's workers. Why not? Studies have proven that similar workers with similar level wages in countries like Germany and Australia (for example) have not caused their nations' economies to crash or whatever other dire predictions that Rush Limbaugh farts out of his pie hole. In fact, it's been an improvement overall for numerous reasons.

I'm not an economics genius, but equally, I'm not stupid about economics as some around here appear to be (and I'm not talking about CharlieE).

  8. I bet they worried about giving "burger flippers" $.25 an hour when they instituted the first minimum wage, way way back during the depression. Somehow the country is still in existence.

I have a pretty good grasp of economics; at least my college economics professors thought so.

The minimum wage was at its peak in 1968, when it was worth nearly $11 today. Back then, you could work a minimum wage job and actually earn enough money to rent an apartment. In the 1950s, millions of people who worked union-supported hourly jobs could actually buy a home and raise a family while the wife stayed at home.

For the past 35 years, Republicans have done everything in their power to suppress wages, and it's hurting everyone. Eventually, wages will fall so low that the people working will be unable to buy the products that the rich people are selling, and the economy will collapse.

What has happened in places where the minimum wage is higher, say $15 or more? The economies have thrived.

Sorry, Mike Hawk, but I refuse to support a political party that will do their best to ensure that everyone I know earns less.

If you think that lowering wages to the point where people can't pay their bills is good for the economy, then you don't understand economics.

  10. I would bet that the resident plagiarist never took a single course in economics.

  11. If you raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour, you will see one thing for sure, especially in the fast-food industry. The fast-food conglomerates will drastically reduce their total number of minimum wage earners/workers to the point that these people on the bottom of the pecking order/totem pole that undoubtedly will be laid-off will start bitching and whining that they can no longer find burger-flipping jobs because the "rich people" screwed them over.

    It's a double-edged sword, my liberal friends.

You want more lowly, mostly uneducated/unspecialized folks employed or unemployed?????

  12. P.S. - The price of a Big Mac in Australia, where I presently live/work, is $5.12.

The minimum wage here in the Land Down Under is $16.88/hour....when converted. However, the cost of living here is considerably higher than most places back in the USA.

The minimum wage in India is $0.28/hour.

The price of a Big Mac in India = $1.75

I know you liberal weenies are sharp cookies....so do the math...and tell me how many hours one would have to work in each country to buy 1 BigMac.

    Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....

The ONLY other (mostly socialistic) countries that have a minimum wage higher than the USA are: France, New Zealand, UK, Canada, and Japan.

P.S. - Working at McDonald's ain't gonna make anybody RICH and rarely leads to a career, with a few minor exceptions. That's why so many people working at fast-food joints are under 18...plus, it's a cost-cutting measure for huge fast-food conglomerates.

P.S.S. - In Singapore, a McDonald's BigMac will cost you just about the same as one in the USA.....But, labor costs in Singapore are dirt cheap.

  13. P.S.S.S. - "IF YOU CAN'T FEED 'EM, DON'T BREED 'EM"!!!!

I think this should be tattooed on ever liberal's forehead so they can learn to take responsibility for their own foolish decisions when it comes to "family planning" , or lack thereof. lol

  14. What a load of rubbish, as usual, from the resident plagiarist and rightwing tout. I question whether this troll lives in Australia. Sounds like fantasy-land to me.

True Facts: I have lived in both Australia (7+ years)and India (1 year) and spent several weeks in both countries this year. I also have numerous friends from both, whom I see regularly.

    1. The cost of living in Australia is not significantly higher than the USA. It's true that the large cities are expensive to live in. Like: duh. Real estate in Sydney and Melbourne, in particular, is skyrocketing. See also San Francisco, for ex. Anectdotally, of my circle of friends world-wide, it's my Aussie mates who are the wealthiest with the highest standard of living. Get real.

    2. Vis Australia, it's true that their cost of living is going up. Sadly, they are also losing their defined benefit pensions, which are being replaced by 401(k)-types of retirement savings plans (their new PM, Turnbull, as a Goldman Sucks alumni); their heath care & insurance costs are rising; and they no longer have free tertiary education (but it's not yet as expensive as here). It hardly has anything to do with a higher minimum wage, though. It's just the way the world is going. Tell me that the same stuff isn't happening here with our much lower min. wages. Get real.

    3. Vis India: it's true that I hadn't actually lived there in 2 decades but just returned from a 3 week trip (really). I have friends in both Northern & Southern India. Things have both changed and stayed the same. You don't see cows and bullock carts on the roads in most major cities anymore, for example. Their standard of living, overall, has risen, along with a higher cost of living. It's still reasonably cheap there, as compared to here or Australia, but not the backpackers' bargain it used to be. I defy our resident troll to go live in India, however, for just 1 year (like I did years ago)! Try it, mate. See what it's like in that paradise where low-wage workers allegedly make 28 cents per hour. Get real.

    4. I have no idea what McD's food costs in either country, but I'm skeptical about real "hamburgers" being sold in India. There was (truly) a big kerfuffle when I was there about 2 weeks ago where Kerala House in Delhi (a state govt building) was raided by the Delhi PD for serving buffalo meat in their cafeteria. McD's is highly unlikely to be selling actual beef hamburgers. In fact, nowadays, most of the US fast food stores found in foreign countries may LOOK like what they do here, but their menus are adapted to local foods & customs. They tend to serve nothing like what you'd buy here. so I call bullshit on the resident's troll's assertion about the price of a "burger" in India. Get real.

    5. It's a rightwing trope that working in places like McD's is "only" for teenagers wanting part-time work or whatever. That used to be the case, but it is no longer. Thanks in large part to rightwing business practices (endorsed by both parties), it's like: knock knock yoo hoo, trollio - our jobs have been massively off-shored to third world nations. Just wander into any of your local chain fast food joints and eyeball the workers there. There's way more GenXers and Boomers working behind the counter than there used to be. Why? Because there's simply no other jobs. Spouting out fantasy-land bullshit about McD workers "should" only be teenagers working part-time is just that: bullshit. There's a plethora of info out there about who works in fast food and retail nowadays and sometimes those are the jobs available to people at any age, including those with college degrees. Get Real.

What a load of unmitigated bullshit and hogwash. In other, for every rightwinger living in their own personal fantasy-land farted out by Rush: yet another day ending in "Y."

    Get. Real.

  15. Per the assertion about only having the kids you can afford? Why is the troll lecturing liberals about that? Statistic after statistic shows that the highest rate of teen pregnancies are in red states from white "Christians" who refuse to teach their kids about birth control. See Palin, Bristol, the purported spokes "model" for abstinence.

Check out the idiotic tv shows about those who are having boatloads of kids. Those aren't liberals, idiot. And there's more of those quiverfull numbskulls showing up on the Internet attempt to grift money from rubes for having tons of kids. Those people aren't liberals.

    Get. Real.

  16. No. You. Get. Real......ferschitz.

The minimum wage here in Australia applies if your job isn’t covered by an award and you’re over 21.

    See below link:

    https://www.fairwork.gov.au/pay/minimum-wages

The national minimum wage is the minimum wage that applies to employees who aren’t covered by an award or agreement....something that you do not find in the USA. There are jobs that pay less than the minimum wage here in Australia. One well known example is apprenticeships and junior staff. The Fair Work site lists what you have to pay these roles if an award isn’t in place.

In conclusion: None of this means that Australia doesn’t still have a high minimum wage, but one must recognize that a single figure can be misleading. Again, I repeat (after you've distorted my words)...so many people in fast-food restaurants are under 18, because it’s a cost-cutting measure.

By keeping the cost of labor down, a business is able to sell its products at a lower price to its consumers. Something that you idiotic liberals will never understand. You're all about worker's rights and what not....which is just "gibberish", my liberal weenie amigo.

    Mike Hawk

P.S. - I will admit, though, that the entire "minimum wage" thing is a bit of a misnomer. On paper, our minimum wage is higher here in Australia. However, if your under 21 its much lower (this doesn't apply in the US). In effect, the actual minimum wage is much closer to the US than we pretend. If you look at the "median" wage, ignoring exchange rates, the median USA wage is only 10% lower than here in Australia. However, the buying power of the US dollar in the US is much higher than the buying power of the AUD here.

Recently, ferschitz, this has not been the case due to the favorable exchange rate. There's also the fact that we have really low unemployment, which is also awesome.
