    There certainly hasn't been a shortage of people voting for Democrats in the presidential elections; Republicans have won the popular vote once since 1988.

    The people who spread these sorts of cartoons never make it clear how, exactly, these illegal immigrants are supposed to be able to vote.

    Of course, if Republicans really want to get more votes, they could simply consider changing their policies. I'd recommend proposing legislation that doesn't hurt people as a start. They always get that part wrong.
