FWD: Missing Bill Clinton

-------Original Message-------
Subject: Missing Bill Clinton
It doesn't matter what party you belong to - this is hilarious.

From a show on Canadian TV, there was a black comedian who said he misses Bill Clinton.

"Yep, that's right - I miss Bill Clinton! He was the closest thing we ever got to having a real black man as President.

Number 1 - He played the sax.

Number 2 - He smoked weed.

Number 3 - He had his way with ugly white women.

Even now? Look at him ... his wife works, and he doesn't! And, he gets a check from the government every month. Manufacturers announced today that they will be stocking America 's shelves this week with " Clinton Soup," in honor of one of the nations' distinguished men. It consists primarily of a weenie in hot water.

Chrysler Corporation is adding a new car to its line to honor Bill Clinton. The Dodge Drafter will be built in Canada .

When asked what he thought about foreign affairs, Clinton replied, "I don't know, I never had one."

The Clinton revised judicial oath: "I solemnly swear to tell the truth as I know it, the whole truth as I believe it to be, and nothing but what I think you need to know."

Clinton will be recorded in history as the only President to do Hanky Panky between the Bushes."

...
ya gotta love it!

THE NEW PRESIDENTIAL SYMBOL FOR OBAMA

The skunk has replaced the Eagle as the new symbol for the President.
It is half black, half white, and everything it does stinks.

Recycling lame Clinton Jokes? This is how far they have sunk?

Look at him ... his wife works, and he doesn't!

Except, you know, for all the lecture and charity work he does.

Chrysler Corporation is adding a new car to its line to honor Bill Clinton. The Dodge Drafter will be built in Canada .

I'm sure they wanted to honor W too, but the Dodge Use My daddies connections to skip the line and then go Awol just isn't as marketable.

If Chrysler is going to create a Draft Dodger car in "honor" of Clinton, then they need to build similar for:

Dick Cheney
Rush Limbaugh
Donald Trump
Mitch McConnell
Bill Frist
Trent Lott
John Ashcroft
Tom Coburn
Larry Craig
Marco Rubio
Rick Santorum
Phil Graham
and a host of other rightwingers:

'Spose that's just much truthiness for most conservatives to handle, though.

I see the RW reactionary's pathetic attemps at pontification from a point of neutrality has been polished the last few years.

You know someone is shilling for the RW when you hear stuff like: "I don't care what party you are" or "Vote ALL the bums out out, democrats, republicans"

Remember when reactionaries always said "I'm not predjudiced, some of my best friends are....." or the like?

Wow! Some Bill Clinton Jokes! These must be the 20th anniversary editions!

I like skunks. They are laid back and very nice. I used to feed them leftovers when I was a shortorder cook. Conservatives would shriek 'socialism'. Of course, Santa Claus is a socialist to you assholes.

Conservatives, on the other hand, are far worse than skunks. Nasty, aggressive, selfish, hypocritical, and have I mentioned nasty? Because, Jesus H., are they ever nasty.

Also, they smell worse than skunks.

Of course it's always "a black comedian" that says all of their racist shit.

It's just like saying "some of my best friends are gay".

Come on now really... a black comic, in Canada?

Sadly, the facts don't match your diatribe. Read "Who Really Cares: The Surprising Truth About Compasionate Conservatism Who Gives, Who Doesn't, and Why It Matters" by Arthur Brooks.

As illustrated in the above book, with factual statistics, on the average, liberals are charitable with other people's money, that they have confiscated, and not so much with their own. The book also illustrates that conservatives, on average, are also more generous when it comes to charitable giving of money and time, than are liberals.

The joke on the forward would have been more meaningful if Obama was compared to the honey badger. After all, Obama has piled debt on America without forethought. His policies have driven energy prices so high that the middle class is struggling to heat and cool their houses and gas up their vehicles. His policies have provided financial incentives for people to avoid work. He has meddled in private contracts (mortgages and health insurance policies to name 2) between private entities. He has allowed Iran to nuke up with his policies of sending not so secret letters and asking "please" of our enemy, while at the same time reducing America's nuclear arsenal defeating the strength that won the cold war. To quote Randall: "Honey badger don't care", "Honey badger don't give a s%@&.", "Look at that sleepy f&*@."

What a shame that these compassionate, charitable conservatives are not interested in fixing the roots of the problems instead of just writing a check to "charity" and attempting to raise taxes on the poor. We should not need to rely on charity in the first place. We should be working on improving our country to nip wide-scale social/economic problems in the bud.

[Obama's] policies have driven energy prices so high

Yes, I just noticed gas is $4.07 today. Almost as high as it was under President Bush.

His policies have provided financial incentives for people to avoid work.

Ah, so that's why Republicans blocked the bill proposed by Obama to prevent employers from discriminating against the unemployed in a job search.

Of course, sneering at unemployment insurance is about as clear a sign as possible that Anon has never been laid off. Without a golden parachute, I mean.

He has meddled in private contracts (mortgages and health insurance policies to name 2)

Are you saying the government should have let everyone who got burned in the housing market collapse be buried under a mountain of debt? Yeah, THAT sounds like a job creator! And are you saying that the current growth in medical costs (not just insurance) is fine and dandy?

"Private contracts" are not sacrosanct when they destroy the stability of the U.S. economy.

He has allowed Iran to nuke up with his policies of sending not so secret letters and asking "please" of our enemy

Just a reminder: We were making progress with Iran under Clinton until Bush declared them the "Axis of Evil," despite the lack of any ties to 9/11. But hey, they were pretty hostile to us after we toppled their government in the '70s, so who cares?

s illustrated in the above book, with factual statistics, on the average, liberals are charitable with other people's money, that they have confiscated, and not so much with their own.

That's because liberals are usually tapped out from sending so much of their money from blue states to red states. But I guess if Bill Gates wasn't a Democrat he would have given even more billions of dollars to charity.

The book also illustrates that conservatives, on average, are also more generous when it comes to charitable giving of money and time, than are liberals.

Take away church tithing and this goes away. But hey, I guess TV preachers really need private jets so they can spread the Word. And lord knows how much those anti-gay marriage campaigns cost!

And let's not forget Komen, the right wing "charity" that's highly effective at promotion education... of how great Komen is! Send in your donations, folks, we'll show those liberals what "charity" really looks like!

after all, Obama has piled debt on America without forethought.

Ahem? W? Reagan? Tax cuts+giant military spending = Giants fucking debt?

I guess its not fair to blame them, though, since those two didn't seem capable of any though, let along forethought.

His policies have driven energy prices so high that the middle class is struggling to heat and cool their houses and gas up their vehicles.

Yes, gas prices are... exactly where they were before the Recession. Damn Obama for going back in time and making America a nation dependent on cars and unwilling to raise fuel economy standards! EVIL!

His policies have provided financial incentives for people to avoid work

Yes, he did this by... giving the largest tax break ever to working class people. Not really sure how he thought that was going to induce them NOT to work, but I guess economic conspiracies can get complicated.

He has meddled in private contracts (mortgages and health insurance policies to name 2) between private entities.

If by "meddled" you mean "used government's legitimate power to regulate contracts" then yes.

He has allowed Iran to nuke up with his policies of sending not so secret letters and asking "please" of our enemy, while at the same time reducing America's nuclear arsenal defeating the strength that won the cold war.

Yes, it wasn't W's saber rattling engagement and waging aggressive war in Iraq which fired up the hardliners in Tehran...

And yes, he did reduce our pile of nukes. Now we only have the ability to blow up the world a few times over, and that really makes us vulnerable.

BTW, you know that Honey Badgers don't care because they are pretty much the most badass animal on 4 legs, right? They'll climb trees just to attack poisonous snakes in order to kill and eat them. So I'm not sure why you think comparing someone to this awesome creature is some kind of fucking insult. But it is in keeping with your habit of being pretty much wrong about everything, so I'll give you credit for consistency.

Sorry, no. That book was written by an AEI hack, a right winger living off wingnut welfare, and multiple critiques have found flaws in his data selection, analysis, and conclusions.

And taxation is NOT confiscation. You agree to be citizens and thus bound by the Constitution. That Constitution gives the government the power to levy taxes. Don't like it? Change the constitution, or else move to some other fucking country.

Resorting to name calling, and profanity, when you can't win an argument with facts? And then providing NO facts. Typical of a liberal. Brooks is a self proclaimed Independent and a professor at one of the "so called" elite universities in America. Brooks also stated that his findings were contrary to what he believed to be true prior to beginning his research so his bias is made clear by his own words. There are other studies that correlate Brooks' conclusion. John Stossell of ABC did a similar study with similar results. http://abcnews.go.com/2020/story?id=2682730&page=1

Yes, the Constitution proscribes Congress with the power to levy taxes. It also specifies that their power is limited to those duties specifically proscribed in the Constitution. So where does it say that it is their job to confiscate and redistribute wealth via social welfare programs, to dictate to public schools about what is taught and what food is allowed, to dictate to private health insurance providers what they must provide in coverage, to force private lenders to modify legal and in force contracts between individuals etc. (the list of overreaching could go on virtually forever)?

He can "proclaim" whatever he likes. The fact is that he is the President of AEI, a right wing propaganda mill financed by oil companies and the chamber of commerce. These are facts, and like usual they have a liberal bias.

Another fact: his book is crap. His data was flawed, his methods were flawed, and his conclusions were especially flawed. Remember friends: 2 wrongs don't make a right, but they can make a right winger.

Stossel? You're going to quote Stossel as anything but a front man stooge for the Chamber of Commerce? Dude is part hack, part shill, part mustache and all bullshit.

So where does it say that it is their job to confiscate and redistribute wealth via social welfare programs,

Again with that word: confiscation. Repeat after me: taxation is not confiscation.

Where does Congress get the power to "promote the general welfare"? Hmm... where is that phrase from... I know I've read it somewhere...

to dictate to public schools about what is taught and what food is allowed,

Um... because government builds and funds the schools?

to dictate to private health insurance providers what they must provide in coverage,

This is a basic licensing function of government. Its one of the biggest reasons we have government. You want to run a business? Fine, here are the rules you have to follow. This is government 101.

to force private lenders to modify legal and in force contracts between individuals etc.

Because they underwrote the loans in the first place? Because the banks begged for bailout money from the public treasury? Because banks and lenders committed fraud on a grand scale and now are trying to buy their way out of wrongdoing by modifying loans?

I really wondering how you think government is supposed to work? Is it supposed to not tax at all, then turn around and give money with no strings attached to schools and businesses while having not even a pretense of regulatory oversight? Did I just describe your perfect little Republican wet dream?

You left

MITT ROMNEY

off your list of draft dodgers.

He took a missionary exemption...because it's against his faith to serve in the military in any position other than commander in chief.

AND Republicans are voting in droves for him to run the military.

The same people who felt John Kerry's service to his country was insufficient.

WOW!!!
