Subject: Fw: Ed Freeman a real American Hero must read ok!!!!

please pass this on to all you know and if you know how to get this story to our so called Leaders , then please do so . I wish i knew how to pass this story on two the news media and ask them if they are proud that they did not even try to do a story on this man and the lives he saved ? Let's do our part to not let this prave man die as if no one cares , let someone know you care.

Yours Truely
Danny

Michael Jackson dies and
it’s 24/7 news coverage.
A real American hero dies and
not a mention of it in the news.
The media has no honor and
God is watching

Ed Freeman

You're a 19-year-old kid.. You're critically wounded and dying in the jungle in the Ia Drang Valley , 11-14-1965, LZ X-ray, Vietnam . Your infantry unit is outnumbered 8-1 and the enemy fire is so intense, from 100 or 200 yards away, that your own Infantry Commander has ordered the MediVac helicopters to stop coming in.

You're lying there, listening to the enemy machine guns, and you know you're not getting out. Your family is half way around the world, 12,000 miles away and you'll never see them again. As the world starts to fade in and out, you know this is the day.

Then, over the machine gun noise, you faintly hear that sound of a helicopter and you look up to see an unarmed Huey, but it doesn't seem real because no Medi-Vac markings are on it.

Ed Freeman is coming for you. He's not Medi-Vac, so it's not his job, but he's flying his Huey down into the machine gun fire, after the Medi-Vacs were ordered not to come.

He's coming anyway.

And he drops it in and sits there in the machine gun fire as they load 2 or 3 of you on board.

Then he flies you up and out, through the gunfire to the doctors and nurses.

And he kept coming back, 13 more times, and took about 30 of you and your buddies out, who would never have gotten out.

Medal of Honor Recipient Ed Freeman died on Wednesday, June 25th, 2009, at the age of 80, in Boise , ID. May God rest his soul.

Medal of Honor Winner
Ed Freeman!
Since the media didn't give him the coverage he deserves, send this to every red-blooded American you know.

THANKS AGAIN, ED, FOR WHAT YOU DID FOR OUR COUNTRY.
RIP

I was going to say something about the numerous American heroes who have died since the last circulation of this e-mail (some of them in Bush's wars), but then I noticed that they updated this poor man's date of death and...wow, just wow.

I know they are clearly incapable of feeling it, but have these people not even HEARD of shame?

Answer to first comment: NO, these wingtards haven't the slightest glimmer of what shame means.

So, lemme see: this dude was allegedly 19 in 1965, but when he died in 2009, he was 80??? Huh?

These wingtarded idiots are doing their coporate-morlock masters proud! They are teh stoooooped.

I am pretty bad at math, but by using this recent invention called a calculator, I figgered out that ole Eddie Freeman should only be 63 in 2009.

No disrespect intended towards someone who *may* have died on June 25, but....

And finally: I shudder to admit that I am in agreement with wingtards about anything, but I, too, thought the MJ hoo-hah was super weird & outta control.

But why should the media focus some kind of intense attention on one lone Viet Nam war vet who died on the same day?

No disrespect intended, but it was wingnuts and their "fair & balanced" Fux Nutwork who foamed at the mouth when other tv stations (most notably PBS, but I think NBC has done as well) started listing those who died in Iraq. That was verbotem according to wingtarded land, but hey, stop the presses when some 'Nam vet dies??? Huh? Cosmic disconnect, much?

Teh stooooped: it burns!

Anonymous #2, the RW writer says that YOU'RE 19. It doesn't mention Ed Freeman's age.

This man is such an American hero he died twice for this country. I mean, that's a true American.

I believe the word they are looking for is "medevac" or "medivac."

Medi-Vac is something you find at a family planning clinic.
